The Self-Care Empowerment Workshop - A Pilot Having mastery of Self-Care practices enhances your ability to cope with stressors and empowers you to develop solid methods to be a better you. This Pilot workshop focuses on the 4 Quadrants of Self Care Model developed by Meezani Wellness. It uses an Empowerment Evaluation model to focus on the 4 Quadrants of Self Care - the Physical, the Spiritual, the Emotional and the Educational. The workshop will:
Give you the tools you will need on your Self-Care journey
Help you recognize your strengths
Challenge you to move toward optimal performance, and
Empower you to find balance in your life

Brief Biography The workshop is led by Michael Rashid Taylor. Rashid is the developer of this 4-Quadrant model that has come out of his 30 years of working with people at many stages of their lives. The methodology evolved from a career of responding to stressed out and challenged people with busy lives and careers. Our presenter's career includes 15 years at Toronto’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health along with his work in health care, long term care and correctional settings. The Self-Care Empowerment Workshop is the precursor to the 4-Quadrant Self-Care Workshop.
